Unable to submit my application

Having problems submitting your application?

This only applies to a job for which the application process is hosted on Impactpool.

If something is missing in your application, you should be able to see a sign indicating which step has not been considered as complete, like in the image below:

You can use the CV parser to submit your personal data.

Be sure to go through each step, click Save, then Next. You will see a ✔️ when a step is complete. You can easily edit each step by clicking edit. 

 

When adding information about your degrees, certifications, languages and experiences, you need to click on Save


If you do not find the organization you worked for or your certificate on our list, you can "Create" the organization/certificate by simply typing it in, and we will take care of adding it to your application.

Most organizations also require you to read and accept the Terms for applying to the job before being able to submit the application.
