This only applies to a job for which the application process is hosted at Impactpool.
If there is something missing in your application, you should be able to see a sign indicating which step has not been considered as complete, like in the image below:
When you load a draft application you had previously saved, you may have to re-set your nationalities at step one (Personal details).
When adding information about your degrees, certifications, languages and experiences, you need to click on "Add language", "Add experience", "Add a degree", or "Add certification", before clicking on "Next".
If you do not find the organization you worked for or your certificate on our list, you can "Create" your own organization or certificate and we will take care of adding them to your application.
Most organizations also require you to read and accept the Terms for applying to the job before being able to submit the application.
