My job applications

I finished an application but the information I added is not being displayed on my profile

Our system works one-way. If you complete your profile and then start a job application, you should see your profile information on the application form.

However, if you answered any job-specific questions or specific certifications that the hiring organisation added to the process, these will only be saved in the application and not on your profile.

We're sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. When we discussed this with our partners and with some users, this seemed to be the best solution for speeding up future applications, but also not creating any unnecessary overlap. 

Our best recommendation is for you to keep your profile up to date and save it before starting an application through Impactpool.
