My profile is up to date but my information is not being loaded to the job application form

This only applies to a job for which the application process is hosted at Impactpool.

The expected behavior of our website is that any information you had on your profile before applying to a job, will be loaded and used to fill in a job application form.

The limitation to this is that changes on your profile will not be loaded to applications you had saved or submitted.

If you have already started and saved an application but not submitted and there is a lot more information on your profile that you would like to have loaded into the existing application, reach out to us and we can delete your current application, and once you start a new one, it will be pre-filled with all the information you currently have on your profile.
