What happens to my profile data after I attend a virtual event?

Firstly, you need an Impactpool profile to register for our virtual events.

When you attend a virtual career fair or webinar, your cloud-based Impactpool profile is generally shared and added to the relevant organisation's talent pool after each event. They can then use the talent pool CRM system available to recruiters to reach out to you and also view your profile.

This is under the employer/recruiter's discretion, should they feel the need to reach out to you.
